According to the Court, the accused in the position of Fire Service Commander, aged 18.06.2019 in the municipality of Kamenica, respectively, at the pump of oil derivatives “BorovciOil”, exploiting his official position or official authority, with the aim of gaining wealth for himself and causing damage to the fire service has exceeded his official competencies, filling his private branding vehicle FALSE X3, with derivatives in quantity of 58 litres or worth 64,96 Euro, meanwhile, has provided data from the official Mercedes brand vehicle.

Following the defendant's plea, the judge of the Randa Crime Department has pronounced a five-month prison sentence, the accused is also obliged to compensate for the Kamenica municipality for the damage caused.
