Salih Mustafa, former member of The KLA and former head of KSF intelligence were arrested on 24 September, and on the same day, sent to The Hague.
According to a media report made by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, the indictment charges Salih Mustaf with individual criminal responsibility for arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder, which are war crimes under international law.
Meanwhile today, Commander “Cali” is expected to be presented for the first time before The Hague's preliminary procedure judge.
Specialised rooms have announced that Mustafa's first meeting with specialised prosecutors will be at 1500.
Mustafa's first presentation will be in public session and live on the Special Court page can be followed.
We remember that immediately after his arrest, EULEX police on the order of this court also arrested KLA's OVL leaders, Hysni Gucatin of Nasim Haradinaj.
The same, as it was said, were arrested after publishing some of the files that were smuggled into their offices, which reportedly included details about the charges and persons suspected by the Special.
That sparked multiple reactions to public opinion in Kosovo, where the Special Court was told to work against Kosovo and soldiers who fought for KLA.
