“Salih MUSTAFA was arrested in Kosovo today by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office on the basis of a warrant for arrest, order for transfer and confirmed indictment, issued by a Kosovo Specialised Chambers Prosecution Court. Under the Law for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, police under the Specialised Prosecutor's Office have the authority and responsibility to exercise the competencies that Kosovo police have been given under Kosovo's laws.
