Navalny is being treated in a Berlin hospital, after being poisoned by nervous agents.
“Ende can't do anything, but yesterday I was able to breathe myself, throughout the entire day”, Navlany said in a post in the Instagram on Tuesday.
I generally feel myself. I didn't use any external help, not even the simplest help in my throat”, said Navlany, who published even a picture of him sitting on the bed.
Navajo is suddenly ill on a flight within Russia on August 20th.
Some days later he was sent to Germany at the request of his wife.
German experts say the Kremlin critic has been poisoned with nervous agent Novicok.
On Monday, Germany said that even two independent labs -- one in Sweden, the other in France -- have confirmed that Navajo has been poisoned with Novico.
Russian authorities, however, have refused to launch investigations, saying there is no powerful evidence of poisoning.
On September 9th, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said that poison was probably ordered by senior officials in Moscow.
The Navajo team, its relatives and others also believe Russian authorities stand behind the poisoning. The Kremlin has strongly denied the charges.
