He said Navalny was nominated for the award by a group of scientists from several universities, but he did not disclose their names.
Nobel Peace Prize nominations are submitted from September to late January next year, and according to Swedish Academy rules, which gives it, only the winners' name is officially announced, while the candidates' names 50 years later.
