Jeff Bezos is the first person in history to have more than $200 billion.

The richest man in the world pledged to spend $10 billion to fight climate change in February and promised $100 million to help people who cannot eat enough, writes Business Insiver.

Bezos is the first person in modern history to amass a fortune of over $200 billion, according to Forbes ' recent estimates of his net worth.

CEO spends his fortunes on real estate throughout the United States, a Gulfstream Jet plane with 65 million dollars and his space exploration company, Blue Origin.

Jeff Bezo's massive wealth has just broken another record. The Amazon CEO is now the first person in human history to collect a net value of over $200 billion, according to Forbes.

This historic moment comes along with an increase in the Amazon's stock price, which has increased in spite of the coronavirus pandemic that is boosting the American economy, transmits Telegrafi.

And Bezo's deal to hand over 25% of his shares in Amazonia to his former wife, MacKenzie Scott, in a divorce solution last year in the end didn't slow down much, nor did his wealth increase.

While Bezos added $88.1 billion to his net value in 2020 alone, according to Bloomberg's recent estimates, the coronavirus crisis has been an economic disaster for the rest of America, as a 49 million Americans who lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic sought help from the State.

Bezos is not the only billionaire to become richer during the pandemic. Elon Musk of Tesla and Eric Yuan of Zoo saw their net assets increase by more than $2 billion between March and June, Business Insiver earlier announced.

From real estate to space travel, here's how Bezo spends his money:

One of Bezo's most visible purchases was his purchase of the Washington Post for 250m dollars in 2013.

Bezo's wealth is so massive that it is estimated that the Business Institute of 2018 when he had a simple $130 billion fortune, spending $88,000 on it was similar to that of an American who spent $1.

A fortune, with two houses on 5,3 hectares of land, is located in Medina, Washington, not far from the Amazon headquarters in Seattle.

Bezos also owns a Spanish-style residence in Beverly Hills, California. He bought the property in 2007 for $24.25m. He bought another smaller house in the neighbouring country a decade later.

He also owns a farm in Van Horn, Texas, which serves as a base for his Blue Origin Space Research Company.

Bezos bought a house in Washington, DC, in 2016.

Recently, Bezos reportedly spent 165 million dollars on another residence in Beverly Hills .

However, Bezos also owns a private Gulfstream G650 jet ER 65 million dollars.

According to CNBC, Bezos has also donated considerable amounts to Seattle's Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, University of Washington Foundation, and Princeton University.

Bezo's most ambitious venture could be Blue Origin, his space exploration company.

Blue Origin has had several successful test flights of its New Shepard missile and is currently developing the largest, mostly reusable New Glen missile system, meant to compete with the SpaceX of Elon Musk.

In the long term, Bezos intends that Blue Origin support large-scale human flights with the aim of colonising the solar system.

In fact, Bezos had said that he plans to spend all his wealth on space exploration, saying, “I will use my Amazon profits to finance him”.

And in February, Bezos announced a promise to spend $10 billion fighting climate change.

Bezos also spends a lot of money on his personal life. He had bought some pretty luxury presents for his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez in December.
