These figures are record records, where 47m euros have so far been registered more than in the entire preceding year.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Bekim Bresotovci said that Mrgata continues to be the biggest supporter of economic growth in the country, the Indexline broadcasts.
“Diasspora marks the record in the delivery of Remitency for the January-July 2020 period. According to data released by the CEC, in January-July 2020, Diaspora entered Kosovo through the banking system, 526 billion Euro or 47 Million Euros more than during 2019. The diaspora, even in spite of difficulties from COVID 19, continues to be the largest supporter of economic growth for the Republic of Kosovo”, he said.
