Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny, on Tuesday, distributed a photo from the hospital where he is laid in Berlin and said he can finally breathe freely himself.
His spokesman for the media said that Navally now plans to return to Russia, foreign media write.
President Vladimir Putin's main opponent was sick during the campaign on August 20th and was flown to Berlin.
Germany says laboratory tests in three countries have determined it was poisoned with a Novichok nervous agent and Western governments have demanded an explanation from Russia.
Moscow has called the charges groundless. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reiterated on Tuesday that Moscow was open to whitewash what happened with Navajo, but needed access to information on his Berlin case.
This case has further strained relations between Russia and the West, now at a low level after the Cold War since the Ukraine's Moscow annexation of Crime in 2014 and the attempt to poison a former Russian double agent with the same Novichok nervous agent in England in 2018.
