The founding prosecutor in Gjilan will hold the media conference today, in connection with last night's action in the village of Karacheva in Kamenica municipality. We invite you to attend the media conference, organised by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, regarding the action carried out last night in the village of Karacheva, the municipality of Kamenica and other regions. Senior representatives from the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, Kosovo Police Inspectorate and Kosovo Police” will participate in this conference, the communique said.

Otherwise, this operation, estimated to be the largest of its kind in the Republic of Kosovo, comes after an nearly a year-long investigation led by the Gjilan Prosecutor, over allegations of illegal activities in that part.

A total of 33 people, out of whom 10 are police officials, and lucky gamers, about 120 countries, have been arrested, as well as various items as material evidence, allegedly used in criminal activities. /
