Kosovo Producers Club seeks from the country's government, but even from Macedonian authorities to lift mandatory testing PCR along the Kosovo-North Macedonia border crossing.

Such a test is only making the movement and trade exchange of producers difficult, thus affecting the deterioration of their situation, this situation heavily burdened during pandemic.

This test is just an extra barrier for manufacturers and causes huge losses on them, allowing circulation only with negative tests The PCR no longer than 72 hours, so apparently increasing the costs of action.

The Producers Club understands the difficult situation created for preventing spread of pandemic, but it requires that other safeguards be applicable.

So we demand that in co-ordination of the two authorities trade co-operation be allowed between the two countries, co-operation that would respect all other safeguard clauses for preventing COVIDD-19.
