Presentation of the indictment: These are the works Salih Mustafa suspected.

The Special Court has published the indictment, and according to it, these are the acts Mustafa is suspected of and of which he bears criminal responsibility:

34. Through actions and inactions described in paragraphs 12-13, 19, 23-26 and 29 higher, Salih MUSTAFA performed physically, ordered and/or promoted arbitrary crimes, cruel treatment and torture. Through actions and actions described in paragraphs 7-11, 18-19, 21-27, 29 and 31-32 higher, Salih MUSTAFA, through his participation in a joint criminal enterprise, the head and/or he helped and encouraged the execution of arbitrary crimes, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder.
