Solingen is a town near Dusseldorf in western Germany.
The bodies were found in a private house in an apartment building, a police spokesman in the town near Wuppertal told the German agency DPA.
It is not clear who found the bodies, the DPA adds, and so far, there are no details about the causes of death or possible suspects/ KP.
