PDK: government is abusing hundreds of millions of KEK state euros

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has today denounced the scandal over the suspicious decisions on the construction of the New “Minniera” of the Kosovo Energy Corporation.

At a Media Conference, MP The PDK, Bajrush Xhemajli, has said that initially Prime Minister Haradinaj, then the following governments of Kurti and Hoti, have decided to build the “Minniera Re”, in the wrong direction, in the coal field in north N1, not in the South Field which was KEK property.

“This is a major economic damage decision for the budget and citizens because the results of studies of the three companies involved show the undisputed priorities of the South field, where over 90% of land in the South field is KEK land.”, MP Xhemajli said, adding. “Abandoning public property and orientation to private property constitutes a clean case of corruption. ”
