Kosovo lawyer Dastid Pallaska has called the publication of the 10th annual recipientate between Kosovo and Serbia, which is being discussed at the White House in the US.
Pallaska says that this should not be cause for distress, not optimism.
“Public explanation of the 10th point of the eventual agreement between Kosovo and Serbia by the Serbian side, where mutual recognition is mentioned, is a reason for concern, not optimism”, Pallaska said in a post on the social Facebook network.
He says that, with that, Serbia will likely benefit, demanding that the deal be removed.
The “Gjas are that Serbs have unveiled what they are convinced will remove from the evental agreement, thus setting the context of their “success” in negotiations”, Pallaska added.
Kosovo lawyer stresses that the Kosovo delegation should pay attention to all provisions of the agreement.
For this reason, the Kosovo delegation must attach importance to all points of the eventual agreement, especially to those dealing with the country's vital resources”, Pallaska has stated.
