Palestinians shoot missiles on Israel, wounded

The attack coincides with the signing of the agreement on normalising relations between Israel and the two Arab states at the White House.

Palestinians object to agreements with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain as they consider them a betrayal of their goals by Arab countries that agreed to recognise Israel, but did not ensure territorial concessions.

Israeli Army said a missile was destroyed and Israeli ambulance Red DavidShield said two people suffered injuries from broken glass.

The military said earlier that sirens for a missile alarm were heard in Ashdod and Ashkelon, southern Israel.
