It seems to me that our domestic policy about foreign policy is behaving and whispering into emptiness, without meaning about certain topics. That's why:
1) Washington's deal could be better:
Yeah, if we'd heard President Trump in time with his December 2018 letter and the following American friends. We would have more time for negotiations, and critics of each season could not say that this agreement is being signed hastily for the American election campaign;
b, if we hadn't avoided American invitations by saying S'd like the president in negotiations; I don't want Hotin, we didn't want Trump for campaigning; etc.
c) Yes, if we were together as Kosovo politics (even with Albania) to formulate a platform of talks on every subject;
We're late ourselves, we've been exclusives, we've broken up, and now it's not America.
2) We're talking about the topic of mutual recognition -- but the real impact is on the list of our northern neighbour's economic or other claims. Serbia knows it has set its time in Kosovo and cannot turn us into any form of federation with it or can't break up our territory as recently proven. Its list of claims is very long and we must be realistically prepared for our list and address the Serbian ones.
3) We're talking about supposedly suspension of foreign policy at the point of the agreement for membership in international organisations. There is another explanation other than that of Prime Minister Hoti. Our real battle- entry into the UN, from which other memberships stem, related to the final agreement, are postponed a year. Our ally, U.S.A., is asking us to do this without the support we cannot join anywhere on a global level. But we have not vowed to ban the lobby for individual states recognition, even President Trump has granted us Israel's recognition. For me who's been doing lobbies, I know that the picture of our prime minister in the Oval Office, President Trump's letter to this recognition is our best international recognition campaign. Meanwhile, with this agreement, it is Serbia that has been forced to stop for recognition today, applaud Israeli-Kosovo relations; create problems with the Arab world, China or Russia. Meanwhile, we need to know that one-year-old mortorium is imposed and due to pandemic: there will not be multilateral activities where physical presence is mandatory and where there is voting, starting with Interpol this year.
4) It's making a lot of noise for Weiman, but everyone knows that even warring states deal for management of cross-border water resources. It used to be -- for example, Albania with Yugoslavia for Lake Kukes that overturned the land in Kosovo's territory.
5) Serbia has managed to win the headquarters of an American financial organisation on its territory, but we must prepare for major infrastructure projects, including ports in Albania, which the Minister of Integration in the Kurti government once spoke about. We need to listen carefully and the arguments of former President Berisha for the strategic importance of Albania's ports, from which we gain as a nation.
6) Talk about the so - called Minnienne and her dangers. Yes, if Albanian politics are divided or Kosovo and Albania are at odds, Serbia benefits. Otherwise, if we are together as a nation, we Albanians are the main beneficiaries.
7) cautiously using rhetoric that affects American friends. They are not Kosovo political parties to rebuke as husband. At least maintain our gratitude for the Saviors, our masters of independence -- that would be the best thing.
For all these subjects that we need to address in time of pandemic, we need to be together and not to bring down governments.
