“Autoriisation ) by which I authorise lawyer Tome Gashi from Pristina to represent the Kosovo Liberation Army Organisation of Veterans in Pristina. The lawyer will represent the KLA's OVL to the police, the prosecutor, and the court in cases related to OVL-KLA's work under the organisation's statute. The lawyer will represent and protect members of the organisation's leadership in all relevant institutions that connect to its work under the organisation's statute.
It seems that OVL-KLA may have encountered court trouble following the arrival of a host of documents in its office that have been confirmed to the Special Court.
It is not known why this organization has chosen just Mr. Tome Gashi as her legal representative.
