The city of 11 million people has already opened disabled discotheques in terms of the world we knew before the age of pandemic.
Although Avid-19 continues to infect the world extensively, in China the situation seems to be very close to normal while no cases have been recorded within the community since May.
The continental part of China has not recorded new cases of 33 days, and it seems that the Communist country has completely eradicated the epidemic.
Fewer than 100 daily cases of infection have been recorded in all of China since late April, even though it was the first country hit by severe infection.
Beijing says there are four types of vaccines in the final stages of testing, which have been used in emergency cases by health workers since July.
Three of the Chinese vaccines are being produced by Chinese state company Sinopharm in co-operation with the American band Sinovac Biotech.
