Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said he welcomes the agreement with Kosovo to be the first Muslim state to open an embassy in Jerusalem, but not mentioning anything more about recognising independence or verbal grade through which a state accepts the other state as independent.
He has also said Serbia will be the first state to open an embassy in Jerusalem, following historic progress with the United Arab Emirates.
