MPs from the Kosovo Parliament for the fifth time failed to vote on the Economic Regeneration Bill.
The vote has only been 35 MPs, while after that the Kosovo Assembly Speaker has invited the heads of parliament groups for consultations.
The Economic Recovery Bill has failed four times in a row to be voted into previous hearings, as it has not had the necessary votes.
