The chief of the preliminary procedure at the Randa Crime Department, Ramiz Azazi, who has issued orders for the investigation and raid in the village of Karacea of the Kamenica municipality after the hearing was held, has considered the legal conditions for appointing the detention measure to the defendants, as the appointment of other alternative measures would prevent normal development of criminal procedure.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
