Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj has been firmly expressed as to the association of Serb majority municipalities whose formation is seeking Serbia, saying this issue is closed to Kosovo, as it is contrary to the Constitution.
He on the Debat show in RTK has said the risk of forming association has been passed with the assessment of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, which has found that in 23 articles it is contrary to the highest judicial act of our state.
