Notification:

Border police seize and cuff an internationally declared citizen from Germany.

His pro-visual arrest took place in co-operation with Interpol Tirana, aimed at extradition to the German state.

At the introduction of Morina's Border Cross Point, Border Police services, as a result of increased measures and exchange of information with Interpol Tirana, made the ban on internationally sought citizens:

B., 35, resident in Vinarc, Kosovo.

During the processing and verification of data in the system, this citizen resulted in an international search after the Dortmund Court, Germany, has issued an international warrant for the criminal act “pite”, envisioned by Germany's Penal Code.

At the conclusion of the investigative actions, experts from the Department for Investigation of Illegal Trafficking and Narcotics at DVP Kukes made the pro-vise arrest, aimed at his extradition to Germany, based on the 1957 European Account of Extrading”.
