Kosovo Assembly Chiefs Meeting Today

The head of the Kosovo Assembly, after several weeks' rest, will return to work Monday under the autumn session.

On the meeting's agenda, which starts at 2: 00 p.m., will be the unfinished points from the 2003 July 14, 23rd and August 7th resolution-proposal voting concerning the management of the COVID-19 pandemic proposed by LVP, as well as the vote of recommendations concerning the management of the COVID-19 pandemic, proposed by PDK's GP.

In turn is the unfinished point from the July 23rd July 24th plenary session and August 7th resolution vote by parliamentary debate on Kosovo's financial situation, following allowing for completion of the final decision OEN of the International Court of Arbitrazhi near the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, proposed by LVV's GP.

Also, in order of the day there are unfinished points from the August 7th 13th and 14th plenary session, voting in principle of the KLA War Values Protection Bill, as well as the unfinished spot from the 14th session of August, the principled vote of the Bill for Economic Reservation (OVID-19).

The sixth point concerns preparations for the new plenary session:

-Delarations off the agenda, parliamentary questions

--intendent of Minister of Education and Science Ram Likaj, under the request of Deputy Speaker Arberie Nagavci, signed by seven other deputies from the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group in terms of preparations for the start of the school year under conditions of COVID-19 in Kosovo.

-intenance of Minister of Internal Affairs and Public Administration Agim Veliu, at the request of Deputy Fatmire Muhyda-Kollcak, signed by nine other deputies from the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, regarding the entry and patrol of Serbia's unified members on Kosovo territory, in Karacheva, Kamenica.

-The Bill's first review of the provisional measures to ease the effect of COVID-19.

-The Bill's first review of the completion and amendment of the Public Finance Management Law and responsibilities, complete and altered with Law No. 03 L-221, Law No. 04/L-16, Law 04/L-194, Law 05/L-063, and Law 05 L-007

- Reviewing the Commission's recommendations for Public Finance Oversight on the MKRS's annual Financial Mirror auditing Report for 2019

-The election of two non-executive members of the BEC Board, the election of six members of the Kosovo Council for Cultural Heritage.

-proposing the PDK GP to replace members of the parliamentary investigative Commission concerning the management of pandemic by the Government of Kosovo.
