KLA Organising Secretary Faton Klinkaku has said he received a call from the Special Chambers.
Klink told him that he speaks German and English, but that he refused to speak without a translator.
He has also said that as far as he has understood he has been asked to sign something. The KLA's OVL Organising Secretary has reiterated that they do not recognise the Special Court.
I was called by special special court rooms and they told me to speak German, but I said yes, but I don't want to speak, they told me you speak English, but I didn't want to talk. Call me alone with translators. What I understood, they told me I had to sign something. You know we don't know and this special court no longer has a” mandate.
Meanwhile, KLA OVL lawyer Tome Gashi has said, but through a Facebook post, that Special Prosecutor's Police in The Hague have demanded that he as OVL lawyer be called to Eulex Police in Fushe Kosovo along with Faton Klink.
Gashi has said he does not respond to this call.
I will not respond to this call, because I have not accepted it and do not accept the Special Court.
Tonight or we meet in a televised debate or Faton Klonaku and I will talk about national issues in The Hague with Nasim Haradinaj.
Now the Special Court has lost reason and wants to arrest lawyers who protect KLA veterans”.
