EULEX police yesterday have carried out an action within the offices of the Kosovo Liberation Army War Veterans Organisation, under whom OVL chairman Hysni Gucati and Deputy Chairman Nasim Haradinaj have been arrested.
The secretary of this organisation, Faton Klink, in a proposal for the clansova. tv has said he has been unable to contact since last night when Nasim Haradinaj has called his lawyer, where he told him they are starting for The Hague.
We have been summoned by Nasim Haradinaj and he said that he is sending me there [to The Hague] and that we have no longer been able to communicate with him and Hysni Gucatin”.
“Diku at 7:00 p.m. has communicated with his lawyer [Tome Gashi] at the time EULEX members ran within OVL offices”.
“Today I've tried to contact them, but they probably don't have access to”, he said.
Klinaku has said he is ashamed of the Kosovo Assembly, which has not considered OVL's request to be tried even crimes committed by the Serbian regime in Kosovo.
It seems strange to us that our state bodies have nothing to do with this. Not good they [are] EULEX] how they came in yesterday like in the time of Yugoslavia like when we have no state at all”.
“in the first row would have to react to MPs from the Parliament who have adopted such a court. It is a shame for them to gather and not consider our request we have addressed before the vacation begins. A court that does not deal with the crimes Serbia has caused in Kosovo does not need Kosovo”.
Asked about the reactions of President Hashim Thaci and the party's leader, Ramush Haradinaj, who has assessed that publishing the Special Court files has been wrong and that it will harm Kosovo most, Faton Klinkaku has said these reactions have only been made for face-to-face.
“As far as the Special Court is concerned, investigations should be made where your files are submitted, not in Kosovo”.
We regret that many analysts make different comments that the files have supposedly come from here or there this proved to be yesterday in the indictment that Hysni Gucati has that the files are their [special] files and that there is no need to deal with people with conspiracy because they [Special] have proven themselves their files to be”.
Kosovo's “mage has damaged the Special Court. We tell Thaci that we do not know this court and that we will not cooperate with him it is not our duty to preserve their scandals and secrets”, Klinaku added by hinting at the flow of special files. (H.S).
