American police have identified a woman suspected of sending a letter to US President Donald Trump, in which there was a deadly dust oil.
Police said they have identified a woman suspected of sending the letter, but did not reveal details.
The letter was held at the government's last foreign delivery centre, not allowing it to arrive at the White House.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation and our associates from the US Intelligence Service and the Postal Control Service are analyzing the suspicious letter, which arrived at the U.S. Government's Base Centre”, the FBI said in a statement, reports the New York Times.
At the moment, there are no indicators that public security is endangered.
Former US President Barack Obama was also the target of an attack with recin. In 2013, actress Shannon Richardson was sentenced to 18 years in prison for sending letters to Obama and Michael Bloomberg, then president of New York.
