Isa Mustafa calls Enver Hoxhaj of PDK a liar

Mustafa does not hesitate to call him Mr. Liar Hoxhaj, while showing that he actually simply signed the first agreement in 2015 that envisioned the establishment of association, as envisioned in the first agreement signed by Mr. Hashim Thaci.

I have signed an agreement on general principles for implementing the First Agreement, as part of implementing the Law to ratify this Agreement. It says Mr. Mustafa, here comes Periscope. 

He even attributes himself to empowering the role of the Constitutional Court through a clause through which that agreement was considered unconstitutional.

Why does Enver Hoxhaj need to lie from the speaker of the Parliament?!
He is a university professor, deputy of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo; a time of foreign minister as I was prime minister.
The decision to establish the Association of Serb Majorities is in the First Agreement, which the then prime minister negotiated and signed. Hashim Thaci (not Isa Mustafa as Enver lies). The deal was ratified by the Law in 2013, by 2/3. This land has been decreed as an international obligation.
The Constitutional Court's Act says that the association will be established as envisioned with the first Agreement ratified by the Parliament and declared by the president of the Republic of Kosovo.

I installed and empowered the role of the Constitutional Court, as the final arbitrator. But to say that I made the deal in 2015 to establish association, when it was established in 2013, it is absolute untruth. Why does Enver Hoxhaj keep lying, he knows. But with lies it's not good for his party to leave Kosovo anymore. IM
