The first session to leave at 10:00 was started at 11:10 because of the lack of MPs.
Chief Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani has said she does not have enough quorums to vote the LVONCE resolution on dialogue.
“We don't have enough quorum to vote on a draft resolution for dialogue, but, we can proceed with the other points of the agenda”, Osmani said.
It has made it known that due to lack of quorum, it continues with another point of the agenda.
The next “Picka is the Interpelre of Minister of Education Rame Likaj signed by LVVA deputies for teaching conditions in Kosovo. Under the regulation, the interval could last up to three hours”, the chief speaker Osmani said.
