The country's deputy prime minister, Besnik Tahiri, has spoken of the draft Economic Recovery Bill before the same today is put to the polls in the Kosovo Assembly.
Through a Facebook post, Tahiri has said that although the law is not the solution to the same negative effects of pandemic, it has its very positive sides, which come to the aid of citizens, writes the news.net.
In this case, according to him, there should be political consensus, in that form for society and citizens to feel greater security.
Full Posting:
Dear deputy of the House,
Knowing that we are facing a challenging year, the pandemic has affected almost every dimension of public, social, and civic life. As with any challenging situation, where there is political consensus in decision making, where society, citizens, the public feel greater security.
So I don't say that the Economic Rhythming Bill is the solution to all the negative effects we're facing, but I have to point out:
It's the best form of economic update;
It provides financial resources, when many economic operators are in short supply;
It increases the purchasing power, and it supports well - being.
Besides some sensitive dimensions, such as entrepreneurship;
It provides continuation and stability in implementing plans, projects, and thus a path to sectoral businesses that can discourage and lower their limits, lowering performance and inclusion.
This bill also supports specific categories that are extremely affected.
So I invite you today to act quickly, include proposals, harmonise them, and make decisions.
I'm convinced that if we don't do this fast and properly, the wages we get in no time can be described as <x0...
Thank you for your attention.
