Hoti wants to report to the Parliament on the deal

Government of the Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has requested that, at one of the upcoming sessions, report to the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament on the normalisation of economic relations agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, signed at the White House.

Dear Speaker of the Parliament,

Honored members of the Parliament's Headship,

On 4 September 2020, in Washington, the White House, an important agreement has been reached for our country regarding the normalisation of economic relations between Kosovo and Serbia. This is a very important step towards the final agreement for full normalisation of relations and mutual recognition between the two states.

On the basis of my constitutional and legal competencies and responsibilities, I am willing to report before MPs on the agreement in question, as well as to the process of dialogue in general.
