That's what the Headship of the House put in today's meeting. A few more unfinished points from past sessions are expected to be considered at the first session session.
The agreement was signed on 4 September at the White House by Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, while US President Donald Trump was present.
The agreement has been rejected by opposition parties, the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic Party of Kosovo, which have accused Hoti of not bringing promised recognition from Washington, since with the signed agreement it has damaged Kosovo.
Vetevendosje criticised the agreement on economic normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia, saying some of its provisions are wrong and violate the Constitution.
Officials of this party stopped mainly at the 7th point of the agreement, where Kosovo and Serbia agree to work with the US Energy Department, with the aim of the joint use of Weyman Lake, which is the vital supplier of water and energy in Kosovo.
Vetevendosje has accused Hoti of suspending efforts for membership in international organisations, thus making a major concession and presenting violations of the Constitution.
At a point in the agreement, Kosovo also agrees to join mini-Shengen, an initiative for regional economic co-operation that was announced by Serbia, Albania and Northern Macedonia last year, which Prime Minister Hoti himself had declared.
Vetevendosje has also warned steps for the motion to oust the Kosovo government.
