Hasan has provided this explanation when he comments on the Agreement reached in Washington between Kosovo and Serbia, which includes provisions to preserve protected religious heritage areas in Kosovo.

He has said he regrets why a Constitutional Court ruling has become part of the Washington Agreement.
It is unfortunate that this provision is there, because there is a constitutional court ruling on the land of Decani”, he added.
