New war crimes files have been sent to the Association of War Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

This has been made known today at a media conference of directors of the KLA War Veterans Organisation.

From the KLA's OVL, they said the person who brought the files was different from the first case. They said they tried to stop the person, but they didn't.

KLA OVL leader Hysni Gucati has indicated that there are witness statements in accepted documents, but not even their names.

“There's been a surprise at OVL again. Somewhere around 3:30 p.m., we've now called them “Rufe 2”, because that gentleman disappears like lightning and we've had trouble. The luck we don't have is to find out who the master was. We have declared earlier that the Special Prosecutor in The Hague co-operates with the Serbian prosecution and Serbia's Special Court for War Crimes”, he has said.

Gucati has explained they haven't had time to check the new files, but they're in three copies in Serbian and English

We don't even have time to check it because it's come to 15:30, it's gone off like lightning at very high speed, we've been trying to combine materials a little bit to see what's in them, but names don't have, they're unnamed witnesses' statements, but by the numbers of”, Gucati said.

Meanwhile, OVL deputy chairman Nasim Haradinaj has said the running documents present evidence of special prosecutors' co-operation with Serbia. He said there have been over 57 special communications with Serbian Police Director and other state-owned butcher's device officials Slobodan Milosevic.

This is a hit for the special because it's absurd that from an international institution that even our websites have voted and they get to do it. They're turning out they're not even at the level of our justice... The specialist has made two humiliations: it is one-ethnic and is now called on to receive the files, is continuing to co-operate with Milosevic's state-owned camera, which itself have committed crimes, burned and violated themselves and are now getting information from them, amnisting Serbs and accusing Albanians of”, Haradinaj said.

Investigators from the Kosovo Specialised Prosecutor's Office at The Hague reportedly received 4 thousand war crimes files, which had previously been handed over anonymously to the KLA OVL headquarters. But Haradinaj says they do not bear responsibility for the resulting files.

“Informats worldwide stealing why by stealing and paying. This is how information is received, how do they think? Information is top-secret and it's out, so don't even look at it as top-secret... nobody's discrediting the Special Court more than herself by allowing the flow and information. Every time they fall on us, we'll be happy and we don't take credit for this job, nor do we tire of it”, Haradinaj said.

He has made it known that the person who brought in 1300 new files has warned that he will bring new documents.

Otherwise, Kosovo's Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office are part of Kosovo's justice system, but are located in The Hague and have international staff.

Kosovo's Specialised Chambers have not commented on whether the documents are authentic. /
