Everything that happened in veterans' offices yesterday

A move that began with raids at the offices of the KLA war veterans' organisation ended with the arrest of two of the organisation's main figures. The head of this organisation, Hysni Gucati, was arrested in his office by EULEX police officers, until its deputy head, Nasim Haradinaj, was arrested by special investigators [...]
The headquarters of the KLA Veterans Organisation in Qafa neighbourhood last morning was raided by about 50 international police officers, disguised and armed. They stayed within the veterans' offices for several hours until they took with them the chairman of this organization, Hysni Gucatin.
Through a report to the media, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has suggested that Gucati is suspected of obstruction in the administration of justice, witness intimidation, revenge and violation of the secret of the procedure.
The charges against him are in advance in the Kosovo Criminal Code, as included in Article 15ė2 of Law No. 05L-53 for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, according to the announcement.
The ZPS has made it known that the data for the date and hour of Gucatt's presentation before the judges of the preliminary procedure will become known the following days.
But Gucati is not the only one arrested yesterday. Under handcuffs were the deputy chairman of this organisation, Nasim Haradinaj.
He has refused to get into the Special Investigations' vehicle and has waited until members of the Kosovo Police have arrived.
I'm not going with them, only with Kosovo police”, Haradinaj told Express.
For his arrest, he has blamed journalist Vehbi Kaitazi.
Otherwise, three times this month, the War Veterans' Organisation has said it has anonymously accepted files concerning the Special War Crimes Court in Kosovo.
The contents of these documents have not been made known and confirmed whether they are authentic or not.
The Hague's Specialised Prosecutor's Office has said this week that several activities in which the Organisation of the Kosovo Liberation Army veterans is involved “are intended to properly undermine justice management“.
The Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutor at The Hague, also known as the Special Court, deal with the investigation into alleged war crimes of members of the former Kosovo Liberation Army.
The Special Court has headquarters at The Hague and is funded by the European Union.
On 24 September, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office announced that it has also arrested Salih Mustafen one of the founders of the Kosovo Liberation Army in the Llap area.
