Hamza asks Hoti: 1 billion of the deal, are those grants, donations or loans we need to return?

PDK GP chief Bedri Hamza has said no one can remove fears that Prime Minister Hoti can also discuss association with executive competence.

Hamza, meanwhile, has asked Hoti how 1 billion euros will be provided.

“These 1 billion are grants, are there donations or are loans that Kosovo will return”, he said.
