The Kosovo government has been asked to free the students from all payments.

Student Democracy through a communique for the media has said students are the poorest category, and they are constantly being pressured to pay semesters, but other services. For what they asked that in time the students be relieved of these payments.

“Students are the poorest category in the country and are constantly being pressured by faculty to carry out semester payments and other fees related to student services, so we ask the Government of the Republic of Kosovo that at this time the students are being released from all payments, as the student is the most affected category in this serious economic situation”, the media communique said.

Student Democracy stressed that students have no kind of financial income, and the only source of financing is from the family, so the Government of the Republic of Kosovo should take into account their serious economic situation in the time of pandemic and t dealt with in the emergency package.
