The citizen in question, M.T., claimed he was in the car with two of his friends, and he was convicted after having had the mask “slightly under his nose”.
He claims the punisher himself had not had the mask set properly, writes Periscope.
The penalties for not wearing the mask are 35 euros.
M.T. has announced that the citizen on his two fellow travelers has not been sentenced by police officials.
