Workers of a businessman in Germany who does not smoke will enjoy 5 days more annual vacations than their smoking colleagues.
The owner of the restaurant at Neustad, Helmus Glade, has reasoned on the decision, showing that from his count, it turns out that cigarette - smoking workers stop more on their days.
“Among the workers was continuing to argue that one of them was going back to smoking. When you figure out the time they spend smoking, it turns out they've fired more”, there's Glad.
His decision has been supported by his colleagues, who seem to have begun to consider the possibility of dealing with their workers.
There are 12 people working at the Helm's Glady's restaurant, 5 of whom, like him, are tobacco users.
One of his workers has expressed willingness to quit smoking in order to benefit from many days of annual rest.
However, Glasd caught him smoking in the basement, making it impossible for him to take five more days during his annual vacation.
