According to him, the law proposed by the PDK was the most favourable for citizens, while has been constantly ignored by both governments, whose leaders were Albin Kurti and now Avdullah Hoti.
A government to be stable and exist in normal conditions must have votes. And a normal government should be dependent on opposition votes”.

Gashi also gave several reasons why they do not vote on this law.
