The files handed down to the offices of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation, which are alleged to be documents of specialised Chambers of the Special Court, according to lawyers, have damaged credibility in this court, but the image of Kosovo.

If used for criminal proceedings, then I really consider that the court processes cannot be considered creditable, because the position of the Serbian state is known against Kosovo, and therefore we cannot say that the Serbian state has produced credit documents, in which the court can support its actions or decisions,”, Kerkeyni said.

According to Koci, the biggest losers in this process will be the potential indictees of this court, while he said that in this case the KLA's OVL is manipulated.

“E know that a court of foreign judges and prosecutors has been established, with foreign investigators and administrative staff. Even translators are foreigners. This is unacceptable to me. Meanwhile, as far as publishing these documents are concerned, the lawyer, Kerkin, has said that if documents are published that are classified by the Special Court, then this is a criminal offense.

On the other hand, Qerkeyni explained that such an act is not considered a criminal offence if the documents are classified by the Serbian prosecution, as listing documents by the Serbian prosecution does not impose on anyone in Kosovo.

We need to be clear here, we're forbidden to publish documents that are classified, but the labeling of those documents should make the Specialised Chambers or Prosecutor's Office. But if these documents are classified as secret by the Serbian prosecution, this classification does not owe anyone in Kosovo. If we are dealing with protected witnesses, his statement is classified, and his identity is classified”, Qerkey said.
