British Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced today a tightening of anti-coronvirus restrictions in the northern town of Bolton, while leading health experts warn that the second wave of COVID-19 is coming.
“Bolton now has 120 cases for 100,000 people, the highest level in the country”, said Hangock.
He singled out youths in their 20s and 30s, as well as pubs, for the spread of the virus.
To that end, Hancock announced that the pubs and restaurants in Bolton would only be able to serve for taking orders with them and should be closed at 10:00-05:00 times.
Also, residents will be forbidden to associate outside their family.
The government is also expected to reduce the number of perts that can be collected in closed environments in England, from 30 to still undecided.
