We remember that the first arrest by the Special Court occurred yesterday.
Salih Mustafa is the first Special Arrestee under the claim that the same has committed war crimes.
The Act against Mustafa has to do with criminal acts associated with arbitrary bans, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder.
These works, according to The Hague Specialised Prosecutor's Act, have been consumed during April 1999
