Former Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, and his brother, MP Daut Haradinaj, have been denounced to the police for “the removal of a workshop of a fellow worker”.

In documents provided by KOHA, Haradinaj has denounced to the police a caregiver who has provided medical assistance to a person with bodily injuries, which, according to him, was the result of beating by Haradinaj brothers.

Kosovo Police have confirmed the case. He said he was interviewed by the complainer and that in consultation with the prosecutor the case has been initiated for the action “Slight body access”.

But after two weeks the complainer went to the police station and demanded that the case be closed. Nearly three months since this case has occurred, as KOHA has learned, the Haradinaj brothers have not yet been interviewed in any quality.

The documents allegedly started on June 22, 2020, a few minutes before 3: 00 p.m., where a person sought help at the Family Medicine Centre near the Telekom building, in Pristina's “Dardania” neighbourhood, not far from the AAK headquarters. The patient, whose identity is known for TIME, when he sought medical services according to the letter, had injuries in his body and eyes. The doctor who checked the patient informed the police immediately after the examination.

In the Kosovo Police report, which the paper owns, it has named the Haradinaj brothers' names as the cause of injuries.
