Dell has confessed the case when Hashim Thaci was prime minister in 2009, and the PDK had warned that it would undermine the coalition with the LDK.
“E recall an incident in November 2009, when Thaci warned of the coalition's collapse. It was night, and Skender Hyseni called me saying you should talk to Thaci. I told you this is coalition policy and you don't need me and I refused to help”, Dell showed.
The former ambassador has spoken even of the time when the demarcation of the border between Kosovo and Macedonia has taken place.
Dell has mentioned an occasion when he called former President Fatmir Sejdiu to ask him why he is not approve of resolving the border issue, while Sejdiu had replied that he had not been notified of anything.
When the demarcation was made, and the parties agreed I was traveling to Pec, now I don't remember who called me and said we're waiting to solve this problem but the president is not here. I told her what you mean she's not here. I called President Sejdiu and told him what was going on, said no one told me. Mr. President, you have to go to school today and to class, and you have to do what you have to do, say Dell.
He has confessed one more occasion when Hashim Thaci had visited a Serbian farmer with him in Lipjan, and after that Thaci had asked to provide him with a tractor.
“I remember with Hashim Thaci we visited a Serbian farmer in Lipjan who welcomed him with raki and after the visit Thaci told them a tractor. It was politics, like retail trade”, he said.
