Kosovo's government, led by Avdullah Hoti today, has held the 30th meeting in a row, in which it has reviewed and adopted five bills, six decisions, a document concept, as well as the Review of the 2021-23 spending deadline, Express reports. The five bills that have received the government cabinet's approval at today's meeting are:
1. The Justice of International Private Rights bill, which establishes regulations for determining international private law. The bill also defines the competence of courts and other authorities of the Republic of Kosovo in terms of international private law;
2. The law on fulfilling and changing the Law on International Law Co-operation in Criminal Affairs, which further strengthens international judicial co-operation and avoids shortcomings encountered in the practice of implementing the Law in question;
3. The bill for ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Italy for the transfer of convicted persons who ratify the agreement, which will improve all shortcomings, gaps listed in the area of transfer of convicted persons from both countries;
4. The bill for ratification of the financial contract between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for Realisation of the project for sewage treatment plant in Gjilan. The bill ratifys the financial contract between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for this project in the municipality of Gjilan.
5. The bill for ratification of the country's annual emergency liquidity agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which will ratify and make the agreement applicable.
During this meeting, financial tools for the implementation of several projects have been shared.
“111,801.00 euros are earmarked for implementation project “The software for managing auditing processes at the National Auditing Office, and 230 thousand euros have been earmarked for securing the process of dooring, disinfecting and disinfecting government buildings managed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs”, the prime minister's office has announced.
Two decisions have been adopted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora. The first decision has to do with the establishment of the Inter-institutional Group for advancing the Euro-Atlantic integration processes of the Republic of Kosovo in the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation NATO.

The government has also adopted the final decision to expropriate real estate for public interest, which is affected by the realisation of the “Foundation for the genocide of Albanians “Blla 1999” project in Elesey Khan.
The decision on funding criteria for Kosovo municipal projects for managing the situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic has also been approved by the government cabinet in today's meeting.
The decision to approve the concept of the document for the social assistance scheme in the Republic of Kosovo has also been adopted at today's meeting of the government. Through this concept the document is aimed at reforming a social assistance scheme that should lead to poverty reduction and expanding beneficiaries from poor families.
The government has discussed and has recently approved the medium-term stretch of revised spending for the years 2021-23. Reviewing the medium-term spending Framework has been done in order to reflect on the situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic and the effects this situation has had on the main indicators of economic activities in the country.
