Ndalcej was brought in hand with a protective mask at the hearing where he was found guilty of killing his wife and daughter in the village of Brecoc, Gjakova, in August 2018.
This is the court's second ruling in Gjakova in the case after a last year's life sentence had returned to the verdict by the Court of Appeals.
Peter Ndecaj in November last year was sentenced to 24 years in prison by the Gjakova Court, while two months later he had been added another year and eight months for beating his former husband Valbona Ndecaj.
By the Court of Appeals, Peter Ndecaj was given the highest sentence in Kosovo, the sentence of this one in life imprisonment, while the Supreme Court had decided to turn the case into retrial, Kal * reports. com
The College of the Supreme Court had concluded that criminal proceedings were committed in the act of first degree, and then the Second Court passed over those violations.
Valbona Ndecaj and her daughter had been shot to death by the family head on the seventh of August 2018.
