The violent arrest in front of the family for which Periscope reported a huge public outcry.
Initially, this citizen was banned by police officials because of not properly wearing the mask.
But Bujar Sjarina says that he was held hostage for a long time, although he did not hesitate to respond to their demands.
Sjarina then said she called the Labour Police Inspectorate to complain about their behavior.
By IPK they had recommended the same to get the numbers the cops keep in uniform to find out who this is about.
And it seems that here was the beginning of all this scene in the capital square.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate has indicated that they have not yet made a decision for the 3 police officers who carried out this arrest.
According to Chief Executive Chief of Task Officer Hodaj, they are providing all images from the surrounding security cameras for a literal analysis of the case.
But it seems that cases when police officials exceed authorisations are not rare.
During January alone September of this year, 15 police members have been arrested, while the suspension of 42 police officers has been recommended.
As investigations are under way against three police officers who arrested the citizen in the square, the Labour Police Inspectorate is investigating other cases.
