At one of the points approved, it is also allowing religious ceremonies but in line with the Coronavirus protection manual.
Kosovo's “Citizens are allowed participation in religious ceremonies and activities, at religious sites and abroad in accordance with the Manual for protection from the spread of COVID-19. Measuring temperature is mandatory for all accessing” objects, says the decision point 10.
