In a secure draft, it reads: “Both sides will divide Gazivoda Lake as a reliable source of water and energy supply”.
However, in the final agreement, this point was modified and now states: “The two sides will agree to work with the US Energy Department and other US government subjects in a feasibility study for the purposes of dividing Gazivoda Lake/Wyman, as a reliable source of water and energy. ”
The party leader Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, simultaneously part of the ruling coalition in the country, several days ago called on Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, in the agreement expected to be signed shortly at the White House in Washington between Kosovo and Serbia, not to include Ujman Lake.
